Michele helped us purchase a multi-generation home. My parents had been in their home for over 45 years and were so hesitant when it came to taking the plunge for a new home. Michele and her team helped us every step of the way from house hunting, to finances, to the lawyers to finally closing!! Her resources are impressive and are so extensive!! You need it? She has someone for you!!

My wife and I had been looking for a house for almost 3 years before we met Michele. We went to an open house and we could tell right away that she was someone who was going to really help us. First let me start off with over these past three years our real estate market has been so hectic and so difficult to navigate my husband and I never thought we would be able to dig through the mess and find income properties a new residence and just know where to start. We had no idea to look for a mortgage, lender, attorneys, anything.

We found Michelle through a mutual connection and figured we would give it a try, let me tell you this was the best decision we’ve ever made for our family fast forward, three years down the road we now have three properties, two of which are now income properties, home, equity lines, passive income, which has become very helpful in this economy.

Michelle set us up with her recommendations for mortgage lenders, we have used the same bank each time for all of our transactions, we’ve now built, developed and have grown our relationships with Baycoast Bank because of Michelle. We now have access to a multitude of services through them from insurance, general banking, mortgage services and more! Again, none of this would’ve been without Michelle.

When it comes to attorneys and inspections, we were lost and clueless, through every home transaction Michelle pointed us in the right direction, and again we have now been using the same Attorney as well for many years because of Michelle.

I met Michele in the very first house I stepped into when looking. I had a good feeling about her instant kindness. When my husband and I left that open house we called her 20 mins later and asked her to help us sell our home. This started in February. We had our first open house if I remember right, around the first week of march. Then that’s when tragedy hit my family the first time. I let Michele know, I needed a few weeks to recover from this situation. She gracefully accepted and said “you know I’ll be here when you’re ready.” And she was! We had another open house in the spring. It went not the best. So we came up with a plan, well Michele did. We weren’t worried it was a weird weekend and not many people around. Then something even more tragic happened to our family. Michele got a call again, and once again with deep sympathy she gracefully said “I’ll be here when you’re ready.” All this time she was also trying to find us the most perfect home! Historical, good high school, community and a space for grandma. Not easy. So some time after the worst tragedy of our lives, I knew I just had to let Michele take it all in her hands. I needed her guidance to get this done. She sold our home! It took 7 months because of us, not her, and once I handed it all to her, she got it done! Then one day I begged her to call about this random home I found in a town that wasn’t even on our list! She got us in, and the next day was working on getting us our dream property. My mother in law, my daughter and I, are now the proud owners of our dream. A historical 1754 home with a pond and in a community I couldn’t be more excited to be part of. Michele truly made our hearts happy for life. We found our forever, generational home.
